Copyright) (Received Feb. 26, 3 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 26 Delegates of the combined mining unions decided that unless a conference with the coal-owners to discuss the miners’ claims is arranged before the expiration on February 20 of the general strike ultimatum aggregate stopwork meetings will be called to give effect to the ultimatum.
