HIGH CASTE BEATS AJAX UNISIIAK WINS OAKLEIGH (United Press Assn.—Elec Tel. Copyright) MELBOURNE, Feb. 18 The three-year-old High Caste again proved his superiority over Ajax, when he beat him in the last stride in a dazzling finish in the St. George Stakes at the Victoria Amateur Turf Club’s autumn meeting held at Caulfield yesterday. High Caste has now won £18,500 and Ajax £3 3,7 00. The Oakleigh Plate was won by Unishak from the. brilliant veteran Pamelus. "The New Zealand-bred gelding Glenlonan, by Lord Quex from Lalla Rookh, was successful in the Warden Hurdles from Imatarl and Napoleon.
