Copyrlrtiti (Received Feb. 17, 1.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 War materials licenses for January totalled 86,070,000 dollars, ot which France received 81,500,000 dollars worth, including military aeroplanes and engines. January deliveries included:— France, 1,170,000 dollars worth; Britain, 4,063,000 dollars; Australia, 3,311,000 dollars; Turkey, 1,252,000 dollars, mostly aeroplanes.
