ITALIAN SHIP SUNK
SOME OF CREW SAVED SURVIVORS OF SULTAN STAR (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 15 The Italian steamer Giorgio Ohlsen, of 5694 tons, was sunk by a mine off the east coast of England. Seventeen members of the crew who numbered 32 were saved. Seventy-two survivors from the British steamer Sultan Star, which was torpedoed south-west of Land’s End, have been landed at a west of England port. They were picked up from four lifeboats. The master, Captain Bevan, stated that only one member of the crew was lost.
