GOLDEN SUN Golden summer Has gone its way, Lost are the blooms The breeze once sway'd, And yet through clouds So leaden grey, Summer sunshine Has peep’d today. And now the world In gold is bathed, The hedges flower And the world is made Fairer by its beams.
