OFFERING AT CLAUDELANDS FIRST FLUTTER BRINGS 140GNS The offering nr horses In training, untried stork, brood mares and stallions attracted a large attendance at Claudelands Yesterday at the Waikato thoroughbred sale conducted hv Wright Stephenson and Co. While there was a spirited demand for certain lots fullv hair the offering of 50 lots either Tailed to Incite competition or to meet the vendors' reserves and were passed In. Top price or the sale was 14 ogns paid by Mr T. H. Kenny, or Auckland, for the brood mare, First Flutter, offered on account of Mr C. E. Robinson, who officiated in tlie rostrum.
