MOTHERLAND STAMP ISSUED TO SWELL THE FUNDS (United Press Assn. —Elec. Te!. Copyright) (Received Feb. 16, 11 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Feb. 15 Finland is issuing a new stamp called the Motherland stamp. The value is twopence, but it costs fourpence, the difference going to the defence fund.
