Coprrlrbtj (Received Feb. 16, 1 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Feb. 15 Mainu, leader of the once-powerful Peasants’ Party, attacked King Carol's policy of balancing between the economic demands of Germany and the Allies. He declared that Rumania's salvation could be attained only by openly favouring the Allies.
