King Boris has called Professor Bogdan, Minister of Education, to form a new Government. The crisis is due to differences be-
tween M. Kiosseivanoff and M. Bagrianoff, Minister of Agriculture. The latter is understood to favour closer Bulgarian-Soviet relations, and the return of democratic Pariamentary rule.
