RUSSIA AND BULGARIA
TRADE AGREEMENT RATIFIED
OPERATE FOR THREE YEARS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SOFIA, Feb. 13 The trade agreement between Russia and Bulgaria has been ratified by the Bulgarian Government. The Berlin radio reported on January 6 that a Russo-Bulgarian trade and shipping treaty to operate for three years had been signed, as well as a clearing agreement for one year. A message from Moscow said the trade treaty provided for an annual turnover of £1.500.000. It was understood that the Soviet also secured port facilities at Varna, on the Black Sea. near the Rumanian border. The Soviet Supreme Council rati fled the trade agreement on February
