MAYOR AND ANTI-WAR BODY (By Telegraph.—rress Association) WELLINGTON, Wednesday Without discussion, the Wellington City Council to-night anproved the action of the Mayor, Mr T. C. A. Hislop. in using the Town Hall for a patriotic organisation meeting when it had been previously engaged by an anti-conscription body, one purpose of whose meeting, according to the Mayor, was advertised on a sandwich board carried through the town as “ Get New Zealand out of the war.”
