FORTIFICATION OF FRONTIER MONEY SECRETLY DIVERTED (United Pre?3 Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright, LONDON. Feb. 12 The Belgrade correspondent of the American Press states that Italy is hurridly fortifying the German and Yugoslav frontiers and the Udine Province, also the Brenner Pass zone. Large sums allocated to public works in January have been secretly diverted to the Brenner pill-boxes, on which work has been continuous ior the last four months.
