TORPEDOING OF VESSEL PROTEST TO GERMANY (L'niletl Tress Assn.—E!ec. Tel. Copyright; (Received Feb. 13, 3.15 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Feb. 12 Holland is seething as a result of the torpedoing of the Burgerdijk. The owners have asked the Government to protest to Germany.
