Copyright) (Received Feb. 12, 1 p.m.) MONTEVIDEO, Feb. 11 The newspaper El Pais says that several of the crew of the Admiral Graf Spee and Tacoma, mostly officers and experts, have disappeared. It is suspected that they have flown to Brazil, to ship to Italy or Germany. INCREASE IN DUTIES MEETING MOBILISATION COST (United pres.* Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 12, 1 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Feb. 11 To meet the cost of mobilisation the Government has introduced a Bill raising the death duties by 15 per cent, a petrol duty of 2£d per gallon, a sugar excise of ten per cent, and an import duty on coffee of 3d per lb.
