PROMINENT JOCKEY KILLED (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY. Feb. 1 1 During the running of the Ingleburn Nurscrv Handicap Warwick Farm Races at Rand wick yesterday the apprentice jockey W. Lappin, aged 18, was thrown from hi--mount under a hunched field and received
head injuries, from which lie died later. Lappin was second on the list of winning jockeys In Sydney last season.
