TRIBUTE TO DOMINION LORD WILLINGDON’S VIEW (United press Assn.—Mec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 9 The Marquess of Willingdon, in an interview to-day, said: “ New Zealand is marching solidly hand in hand with the rest of the Empire in Its war effort. The loyalty and solidarity I encountered in tne Dominion were truly inspiring.” Lord Willingdon added that the next peace terms must be settled in Berlin in order to impress the Germans with the Allies’ fairness. “ But,” he said, “I hope there will be no hard feeling against the German people.’’
