SECRET SESSION
FRENCH CHAMBER (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlg-ht) (Received Feb. 10, 12.30 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 9 The Chamber of Deputies by 262 votes to 227 decided to hold a secret session on the motion of M. Blum, the Socialist leader. M. Daladier expressed disapproval of the proposal, but M. Blum assured the Chamber that he- had no wish to hamper the Government. After the vote strangers and Press representatives left the Chamber, as did also 10 members who were elected as Communists, btit have since ceased membership of that body. They stated they left because, in the event of a leakage they did not wish to be accused of responsibility.
The vote has no party significance, confidence in the Government not being involved.
