PROTEST IGNORED RAID ON SOVIET OFFICES FRENCH ATTITUDE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrig-ht) (Received Feb. 9, 3.15 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 8 It is believed the French Government has refused to consider the Soviet protest against the raid on Russian commercial offices. Soviet commercial officials have not enjoyed diplomatic privileges for some time.
