YOW that she is Mrs Bob Howard, Andrea Leeds will probably retire from films. The Howards are cne of the wealthiest families in America and it is reported that Andrea was given a handsome wedding settlement. Her engagement ring cost £15,000.
JjAVID O. SELZNICK’S production of “Rebecca” has been completed under the direction of Alfred Hitchcock. The top-flight cast includes Laurence Olivier, Joan Fontaine. George Sanders. Judith Anderson, Nigel Bruce, Gladys Cooper, Reginald Denny, C. Aubrey Smith, Florence Bates, Edward Fielding, Melville Cooper, Lumsden Hare and Leonard Carey.
