Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 21 The existence in a Manhattan basement of a “ school of sabotage ” operated by a union, was alleged when 15 members of the United Machinists of the Needle Industries, affiliated with the Committee for Industrial Cooperation, were charged with conspiring to commit acts of violence. Eight of the accused pleaded guilty. The charges include throwing acid and assault.
