HEADQUARTERS IN ENGLAND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) OTTAWA, Nov. 1 It is announced that Canadian Army headquarters will be established in England under BrigadierGeneral H. G. D. Crerar, formerly commandant of the Kingston Military College. Twenty-two of the 26 senior officers to-day appointed to the first Canadian Division fought in the Great War, 13 as rankers. Seven of them have been drawn from the militia, including Colonel P. JMontague, a Manitoba Judge, and Lieutenant-Colonel E. A. McCusker, M.C., former president of the Western Canada Rugby Union.
