A representative of the Liquidator will be in attendance at the Mill site during the weeks ended the 11th November and the 25th November. A schedule of assets and conditions of tender may be inspected at the office of the Liquidator, who will also supply copies on application. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. All tenders will be deemed to have been made in accordance with and with a full knowledge of the Conditions of Tender. Tenders must be delivered to the Liquidator not later than noon on THURSDAY, the 30th November, 1939, and must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 10 per cent of the price tendered.
