OVER GERMAN TERRITORY NO CRASHES OBSERVED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25 The Daily Telegraph quotes a radio from Paris that Swiss observers at Schaffhausen saw a large number of foreign planes, apparently bombers, flying over German territory.
