Copyrig-nt) (Received August 23, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 22 Owing to failure to secure £2 10s a week for employees, the Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers and Firemen is withdrawing all labour from the four main line group railways at midnight on August 26.
