SERGEANT BLIGHTLY WOUNDED POLICE CONTROLLED BY JAPANESE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Aug. 21, 11 a.m.) SHANGHAI, August 20 A squad of Japanese-controlled Chinese police fired on u British patrol commanded by Sergeant Kinloch, who was slightly wounded. The sergeant ordered the fire to be returned and one Chinese was killed and three wounded.
