Copyright; (Received August 19, 11 a.m.) SOFIA, August 18 A Rumanian Legation courier, Captain Pavlitzu, committed suicide after the theft of Rumanian State papers, believed to be of great importance, which he left for a moment in a trunk aboard a taxi on his arrival from Bucharest.
