Copyright) (Received August 19, 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 18 Despite the opposition of the Town Council Mr George Pope and his wife and three children sailed from Chichester aboard a converted lifeboat to seek work in New Zealand. A councillor, Mr Keates, declared that the boat is unsafe as the open cockpit would be flooded in rough weather.
