BRITISH IN THE TYROL SURPRISE NOTICE FROM ITALY APPEAL TO TIIE CONSULATE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July \l, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 10 The Rome correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says a totally unexpected order has been given the English, French, Dutch and Swiss residents in the Tyrol to evacuate within id hours. Probably this is a sequel"to the deGerrnanisation of the area. It is understood there are twelve English, sixteen French, one hundred Dutch, and an unknown number of Swiss affected. Americans may be involved. Rrifish nationals have appealed to the Consulate. Jt is understood that a collective demarche from the countries concerned is likely. Italian diplomatic quarters are silent.
