Copyright) ZURICH, July 9 The conference of the International Federation of Trades jJnions rejected by 46 votes to 37 a British proposal to’ invite the Russian trades unions to become affiliated. The question of working hours will be taken up when events permit. A resolution was passed advocating the economic planning of industry in order to avoid plunging millions of workers into a crisis.
