annual meeting held (By Telegraph.—Pres* Association) WELLINGTON, Friday The annual meeting of the Bank of New Zealand was held to-day. The reports and accounts were adopted without discussion. Mr A. E. Mabln, who was elected to the directorate during the year, returned thanks. He stressed the strength of the bank from his knowledge from within. Mr W. Morley moved a vote of thanks to the staff Tor their services during a trying lime. Mr H. R. H. Chalmers, the general manager, replied.
