BOBBY CALF TRADE (Special to Times.) PUTARURU, Friday The operations of the Putaruru Bobby Calf Pool were reviewed at the annual meeting of the pool's suppliers. II was reported that 8425 calves had been sold through the pool last season and that the average return for the calves, which had weighed an aggregate ol' 548,7881 b., had been Ss 10.36 d. Expenses totalled £776 15s, or is 10.13 d per calf, which gave a net return of 7s 0.23 d per calf. The election of ofllcers resulted as follows: —General committee, Messrs G. Ireland, K. S. Cox, L. A. Newell, F. n. Burwell. G. Richardson, C. A. Diehl, C. E. Walsh, J. W. Reid and A. Watson; secretary, Mr V. L. Drummond. m
