HAMILTON COMMITTEE ANNUAL MEETING HELD “During the year the clinic has made steady progress," said Mr 11. M. Baker, chairman of the Hamilton Dental Clinics Committee, reporting to the annual meeting held at the Hamilton West School last evening. lie quoted figures to show that at the two clinics 1738 patients were treated compared with 13 10 the previous year. There were still about 70 new entrants who had paid their fees and not received treatment, besides those who had not yet been registered. Mr Baker pointed out f licit there was room for improvement in the collection of fees. “A number of schools, or. perhaps I should sa> secretaries, are lax in paying the fees at the due date." said Mr Baker. The balance sheet revealed a satisfaetory financial position. The biggest item on the receipts sidp was that for fees* amounting to L"2 ! •’, i7s fi,d.
