OBITUARY
MR PAUL EDMONDS WELL-KNOWN MUSIC EXAMINER The death has occurred in London of Mr Paul Edmonds (65), well known throughout the Dominion as an examiner for the Trinity of College of Music. He toured New Zealand about four years ago.
Among Mr Edmonds’ works were his settings for several voices of •Stevenson’s *' Requiem ” and St. Francis’ “ Canticle of the Sun.” He is better known to children for his songs for children, including “ Songs and Marching Tunes.”
