Rainfall Tor previous 24 hours. .OOln. Rainrall Tor April to date, .23in. Average rainrall Tor April 4.13in. Rainfall for year to date 9.5 2in. Average yearly rainrall 46.32in. SPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist) The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Waikato-Thames Valley Is as ronows:— Forecast: Light to moderate northerly winds, turning soon to southerly and Increasing. Weather cloudy to overcast with further rain, but gradually improving to-morrow. Cold temperatures. Moderate seas but rising on the west coast. General situation: The depression is moving slowly oil the Dominion but pressure Is not yet rising in the north. An anticyclone Is approaching across the Tasman Sea.
