NAZIS GAIN TWO SEATS SOCIAL DEMOCRATS IN LEAD (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright COPENHAGEN, April 5 The general election in Denmark has not greatly changed the position of the parties. The Nazis have increased, their seats in Parliament from one to three, but the German party failed to secure an additional seat in North Schleswig, although it polled 14,978 votes, compared with 12,018 in 1935. The Danish party polled 82,523 votes. The Social Democrats won four seats and the Liberals won two, and the Communists one. The Agrarians and the Retsforbundet party lost one eachThe position of parties now is:— Social Democrats 64 Radicals Conservatives 20 Liberals 30 Agrarians 4 Retsforbundet 3 Communists 3 Nazis 3 German Party 1 The elected Nazis include Dr. Fritz Clausen, leader of North Schleswig Nazis.
