AMENDED REGULATIONS (I>a TP ,o srr»:nh ._.*»r» s s A««OPlat!on> WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Dairy Registration and Inspeci lion Amending Regulations. 1939, issued with to-night's Gazette, provide that the owner or occupier of premises registered as a creamery under the Dairy Produce Regulations, 1938, who sells milk for human consumption, but does not receive at his creamery premises any milk derived from those premises cream obtained as cream from an unregistered dairy, or from premises registered as a skimming station under the Dairy Produce Re§§!alinns. 1938. at which all milk received is separated, provided that the conditions previously applicable to the sale by dairy companies of cream derived from unregistered dairies arc observed.
