REFUGEE PROBLEM
LARGE-BCALE RELIEF FRENCH RED CROSS ACTIVE P (Official Wireless) (Received Jan. 31, 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Jan. 30 Under the auspices of the French Red Cross, large-scale relief is to be carried out for Spanish refugees in an area roughly between Gerona and the French frontier. It is assumed the work "will be undertaken in co-operation with the 9 International Commission for the Assistance of Child Refugees, which already is providing relief in that area.
