ARREBTB IN LIVERPOOL SIGNALLING APPARATUS SEIZED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Jan. 30, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29 The police raided the Irish quarter of Liverpool and arrested five persons. Including a father and his two sons on charges of possessing explosives. Documents and army signalling apparatus were seized by the policee.
