Copyright) (Received Jan. 30. 3.15 p.m.) jr PERPIGNAN, Jan. 29 One hundred ex-members of the International Brigade and several thousand refugees have been jammed In the darkness of a railway tunnel at Cerebere for 48 hours without food or water. They are awaiting permission to enter France.
