TeL Copyright) .Received Dec. 30, 11 a.m.) WARSAW, Dec. 29 According to the newspaper Kuryerpolski a conference of Danzig Nazis with delegates from Berlin, including Herr Hess, agreed to completely alter tiie status of the free city and limit Poland's rights, including the reduction of the Commissionership to Consul-General. Other decisions include the introduction of conscription, the severance of tics with the League of Nations, and the expulsion of Jews. Copyright) PRAGUE, Dec. 29 The Polish-Czech frontier at Teschen has been closed and machinegun nests have been placed along the border. The Polish Minister to Prague. Dr. Casimir Papee, warned the Czech Foreign Office that Poland will in future expel 100 Czechs for every bomb thrown. Poland protested to Czechoslovakia last week against tiie expulsion of Poles from Czech areas, Czech terrorism on the frontiers and anti-Polish newspaper and radio propaganda. It was then reported that Ihe relations between the two countries were becoming worse owing to the deportation of 100 Czechs, who were alleged to have attacked the police at Teschen, which was returned to Poland by the Czechs after the Munich agreement. GERMAN DEMAND REFUSED ALLEGED BREACH OF FAITH SEQUEL TO AN EXECUTION (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 29 The Czechoslovak Government has refused a German demand for the extradition of all German and Austrian emigres by the end of the year, on the ground that the summary execution of Peter Forster was a breach of faith, says the Prague corrspondent of the Daily Telegraph. The correspondent adds the Government has advised emigres to leave by the middle of January, after which it will be impossible to guarantee their security in the event of fresh German demands. Peter Forster, who, with a companion, killed a guard and escaped from the Weimar concentration camp in May, crossed into Czechoslovakia and surrendered to the police, was extradited to Germany. Forster's companion was recaptured in Germany before crossing the frontier. He was immediately beheaded. A special Court at Weimar subsequently sentenced Forster to death. lie was executed within 24 hours of being extradited.
