DISAVOWS WIFE’S DEBTS DISCLAIMER BY LADY CAMPBELL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 27 Sir Malcolm Campbell, Britain’s famous speed-king, has disavowed responsibility for his wife's debts. Sir Malcolm is 53 years of age. In 1920 he married Miss Dorothy Whittall, daughter of Major and Mrs Whittall. The couple have one son and one daughter. Lady Campbell is an excellent musician, and is also a keen gardener and very fond of dogs. "lie states that she has not incurred and does not intend to incur liabilities that would justify the notice given by her husband.
