PENSIONS LEGISLATION DEBATE STARTS NEXT WEEK (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Saturday Legislation giving effect to the Government's proposals for a national health service and super annotation scheme was introduced by GovernorGeneral's Message in the House of Representatives yesterday. The measure, which is known as the Social Security Bill, was briefly explained by the Minister of Finance, Hon. W. Nash. The introductory stages of the Bill occupied eight minutes. The Bill is divided into five parts and contains 139 clauses. The debate on the Bill will commence on Tuesday night. Further discussion on the report of the Parliamentary committee which examined the Government's original social security proposals took place yesterday, the debate having been interrupted to permit the introduction of the Bill. The House adjourned at 5.15 p.m. for the week-end.
