During discussion on the report the secretary stated that comparative changes to r.o.b. were:—l936, butter, £tt 16s sd; cheese. £9 17s 3d; 1 938, butter, £l4; cheese, £ll ?s. The retiring directors. Messrs. J. Bell and J. M. Hill were re-elected unopposed. A dividend or 3 per cent, as recommended by the directors, was approved. Messrs. Sanson and O’Meara were reappointed auditors and Mr T. J. Ryan, secretary. A donation or £5 to the Blind Institute was approved. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the secretary, directors and stafT on the motion or Mr M. \. Wright, who stated that the fact that the company had paid out the highest price ror cheese in the Auckland Puvince, spoke eloquently for their work. __
