OBITUARY
MIBB ELIZABETH MUNRO The death has occurred of Mist Elizabeth Munro, one of the pioneer settlers of the Te Rore district, aged 86 years. Born in Caithness, Scotland, the late Miss Munro came with her father and brothers to New Zealand In the early sixties. After remaining a short time in Auckland the family took up land at Te Rore, and until the time of her death Miss Munro had lived In the original homestead. The late Miss Munro was keenly interested in politics and the affairs of of the day, and was also a member of the Presbyterian Church.
