EFFORT TO STOP LANDING ALLEGED ATTACK ON EMPIRE ACTION BY SYDNEY EX-SOLDIERS United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright SYDNEY, April 3 The Sunday Sun says the Federal Government is to be asked to prevent Mr. Justice Joseph F. Rutherford, of America, from landing in Australia about April 20. The request, which is reported to be backed by returned soldiers, will be based on the allegation that Mr. Justice Rutherford had attacked the British Empire. He is described as head of the organisation known as “Jehovah's Witnesses.”
