TEMPERATURES IN MARCH The following temperatures were recorded in- the hall of a private residence last month: Highest day. 81 degrees; lowest day. 70; highest night. 69; lowest night. 51 : average day. 70; average night. 62. The average day temperature for March. 1937, was 70, and the average night 60 degrees. This has been another very hot month, the temperature being four degrees over the day average and three degrees over ihe night average for March. March records for period 1922-1937: Highest day, March 20, 1933, 86; lowest day, March 30, 1927, 62; highest night. March 21, 1933, 74; lowest night. March 15. 1934, 44.
