THE PARTITION SCHEME APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER (Olficlal Wireless) RUGBY. April 1 The remaining member of the Palestine Partition Commission has been appointed—namely. Mr Thomas Reid, who served in t lie Ceylon Civil Service until 1931. Recently lie presided over the League of Nations' Commission charged with the organisation and superintendence of elections in the Sanjak of Alexandretta. It is expected that the Commission will arrive iu Palestine just after Easter. .
