WAIHOU VARDINQS The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, report having held their fortnightly stork sale at Walhou on Thursday when a small yarding of cattle came forward. A small offering of cow href comprised mostly medium fat cows for which competition was firm, late quotations Point; fully maintained. A medium yarding; of boner cows and a full yarding of potter bulls met with a ready sale, a total clearance resulting;, values being in advance of schedule rates. A Food yardints of sheep saw competition for fats steady at late rates, while the demand for store lambs was particularly keen and values generally were in advance of recent quotations. There was a sood yarding of .ill classes of pigs. Bidding for haeoners and porkers was keen and prices were on a par with those at recent sales. Store end wearier pies were hard lo quit but in the majority of eases vendors met tire market.
