There was a full attendance • ? ministers and lay delegates from all parts of the Dominion. The Rev. Percy Paris, president for 1938, was introduced b> the Rev. E. . Patchett. Dr. 11. Ranston and Mr R. -. Maunder, and was welcomed by the f'x-presiqent. the Rpv. F. Copeland. Mr .1. H. Tiet.jens. of Hamilton, was dented vice-president for 1938, and the Rev. W. A. Rurley. secretary. During tlm day the conference was engaged in commit lee work. The full conference will deal with general business to-morrow.
