Lang, addressing a conference of tiie Australian Labour Party, the president's party and officials and Labour members of Parliament disclosed the main points that are to be included in his election policy speech. These included abolition of the wages tax. "If unemployment is as low as the Premier claims it to be" a forty-hour week by legislation, and introduction of legislation to break up large estates.
